TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Frame construction:

• self-bearing, welded from steel profiles
• painted anti-corrosion basecoat and polyurethane top coat, colour RAL
• 4pcs integrated pvc pipes ?60mm – to release rain water from roof

Roof:

• outside plating: zinc-coated steel plate 0,8mm thick, attached by screws with rubber seal to roof construction
• insulation: mineral cotton 80mm thick
• polyethylene folie as moisture-proof insulation
• interior plating: laminated chipwood white 10mm thick, washable, without formaldehydes, attached by pop-nails with plastic caps to roof-construction Allowed roof-burden is 1,5 kN/m2.

Wall:

• outside plating: zinc-coated steel plate 0,55mm thick, painted RAL colour, attached by pop-nails to inner wall-frame
• inner wall-frame 60mm thick: zinc-coated steel U-profiles and wooden beams, attached by screws to frame
• insulation: mineral cotton 60mm thick
• polyethylene folie as moisture-proof insulation
• interior plating: laminated chipwood white 10mm thick, washable, without formaldehydes, attached by pop-nails with plastic caps to inner wall-frame Interior decor: white or light-oak
• skirting board, plastic, 60mm high, attached by nails to wall-ceiling and wall-floor connection

Floor:

• bottom plating: zinc-coated steel plate 0,55mm thick, inserted into floor-construction, forming „blind floor“
• insulation: mineral cotton 80mm thick
• polyethylene folie as moisture-proof insulation
• interior plating: chipwood board 22mm thick, without formaldehydes, attached by screws to floor-construction

For sanitary containers we can offer: water-proof plywood boards or Cetris (cement-wood boards).

• PVC covering 1,5mm thick, colour: grey, glued to cured chipwood Allowed floor-burden is 2,5 kN/m2 (bigger burden is possible upon customer´s request).

For sanitary containers we can offer: water-proof GFK floor-covering or PVC floor-covering can be laid up into „tub“.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Door:

entrance steel 875/2000mm, cylindric lock with 3 keys, steel doorframe with rubber seal, all painted in RAL colour

Window:

plastic white 900/1200mm, double-insulated glass K=1,1, 1-wing, with exterior plastic rolling shutter

Electroinstalation:

norm due to request
Container has an electrical fusebox with apropriate fuses. Outside connection by CEE plugs. 1pc switch, white, 1100mm above floor, 2pcs plug 230V, white, 300mm above floor, 1pc plug 230V for heater, separately fused, white, 300mm above floor, 2pcs fluorescent tube 1x36W with covering

Sanitary equipment: upon customer´s request
WC, washing bowl, shower, stainless steel wash.basin, urinal, bucket-sink, etc. In-coming water-connection is made through copper pipes, out-going water-connection is made through plastic (propylene) pipes. Outside water-connection is made through water-connection box, sunk in exterior wall.
